If you book directly with us and you are unable to travel to Buxton, due to covid government travel ban from your home address (as per Lead Guest, completed form of T&C's), we will fully refund the cost of the booking.

Unique Peak Holiday are closely monitoring the covid-19 pandemic and following the public health guidelines of the UK Government. We have also taken into account guidance published by the following:
As a result, we have implemented new hygiene and safety measures, and developed specific protocols for the arrival and stay of our guests and for our teams. These protocols are subject to change, and will be updated in line with UK Government guidance. In every workplace (incl self catering accommodation), increasing the frequency of handwashing and surface cleaning is pivotal.

All high touch surfaces have been sanitised, such as: Door handles, light switches on the wall and on table lamps, Remote controls, sonos speaker, Alexa, Keys, key safe, emergency torch

We provide extra cleaning supplies so you can clean as you stay, such as:

We wore protective equipment while cleaning.

Social distancing: self-check-in, electronic guestbook and electronic check-in form.
Extra time is allocated for changeover cleans (eight hour window). We avoid same day, back to back bookings.
Bedding and linen professionally laundered.
